Coaching my family

Hi, I’m Sarolta, mother of four boys aged between 6 and 15. In this blog I will document my learning path of becoming the very best coach for my sons.

With my oldest son becoming a young adult, I have no choice but to learn how to assist him as a co-pilot on his flight to maturity. I am looking forward to every moment of it!

So my conscious learning really starts now: I have enrolled to a coaching school and am thrilled to dedicate all my free moments to studying and practicing the art of coaching.

I will share with you all the coaching and parenting tools I try on my way. I’ll tell you how I applied them and to what extent they helped us. I’m dedicated to truthfully describe all my thoughts and feelings: despair, doubts, cluelessness, joy and satisfaction we experience.

With four sons, you can guess how many times a day I should use one or another coaching skills. I will share with you the three most challenging cases each week.

Please do not hesitate to give me any feedback or advice for my posts – I will apreciate it very much.

  1. Its like you read my mind! You appear to know a lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something.
I think that you could do with a few pics to drive
the message home a little bit, but instead of that, this is excellent blog.

An excellent read. I’ll certainly be back.
